Delivered my package to wrong house .I had 2 coming today they dropped one off at my house second one same name but dropped it off at neighbors. Glad my neighbor is honest.
I am writing Elkmont post office due to the fact I have a package that says it was delivered on August 18th.I never received a package that day my mail has been going to my neighbors. I have also received my neighbors mail. I’m trying to contact you by phone I can’t get anyone other than an automated system ,your phone number for the post office has a fast busy signal. I have a tracking number which your system is not able to track. The package was a gift. I need someone to find out what happened to my package. I understand due to Covid things are slow coming in but this particular package said it was delivered on the 18th. I have provided my email can someone please let me know what’s going on with my mail. I live in Raby subdivision in Elkmont. 21845 David Dr is our address. I would really appreciate if someone could contact me with the email I have provided. Thank You
MAIL GETS DELIVERED AT 8 + DURING THE NIGHT. "SOME" DELEVERY DRIVERS PUT PACKAGES IN YOUR DRIVEWAY AND THE POST OFFICE ITSELF HAS VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES! YOU WORK WITH THE PUBLIC GET A BETTER ATTITUDE!
We were expecting my grandson seizure medication to come in through the mail and also my medication when they tracked it it stated it should’ve been delivered today which is January 2 went to the post office and it is still not delivered to our PO Box don’t understand why it’s taking 7+ days or they’re not doing their job at the post office
My delivery agent from this post office is too fat and lazy to get out of the car. Only leaves me notices I must come to the post office to pick up my packages. We have seen her 3 times now just write out the delivery notice while we watch from upstairs and she has driven off before we can get downstairs and out the house to catch her. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
