Just last week I had a package to be delivered and it wasn't because the postal worker said I no longer live at my address of 26 years. I had received an email stating the package was going to arrive later than anticipated. That wasn't a problem for me. The problem started when I didn't get it all. In fact, I had to get the company to get the post office to hold the package there and not have it returned. After keeping the package from being returned, it was re-delivered, I had to go pick it. Well, I had another order to be delivered on Wednesday, after not receiving it, I called the same company I've been ordering from to see what happened to my order. They once again called the post office and they said it was delivered on Tuesday, they exclaimed it was left right inside my door. I didn't receive this package and I don't know what's going on.

I and my community have been having problems receiving our mail correctly. If it's not put in our box, the neighbors get it. We are tired of delivering our mail to each other. I was suppose to get a package today. I talked to the post office in Atmore yesterday and to the mail lady. She did not stop at all. We have been promised better service. When are we going to get it?
