I’ve lived in Arab over 20 years… I love the employees! They are always happy and go overboard to help send packages the best and fastest way! There is one in particular that has the best sense of humor and is always kind even during the hectic holidays! As far as the mail carriers go…I can tell when there’s a substitute or a new one but they always get the hang of it! My Aunt was a mail carrier and says it’s hard work so be kind to your carrier! They all have long hours! I’ve live in many different places and Arab Post Office is by far the best!

I have on video our mail carrier driving off our paved driveway onto our lawn, proceeding to walk through our flower bed bypassing the paved sidewalk leading to our door, scanning the package and tossing on to our porch. This behavior has happened more times than not when we have a package delivered. This behavior is getting progessively worse over time. I want this carrier off our route. My neighbor also has videos of this behavior. This person needs to go.

I opened my mailbox today and found a letter from the NRA sitting atop a pile of rocks and trash inside my mailbox. Hours earlier it was clear. Is the postal delivery person trying to show his/her contempt of the mail I receive? This amounts to censorship by vandalism. I complained to the Arab Post Office and showed them photos of my rock-filled mailbox. I wonder what would happen to an answer letter to the NRA if I put one in there? If a postal worker is allowed to do this kind of censoring of letters they don't politically approve of, then the USPS has become politicized and is therefore untrustworthy.

A package I ordered States left @ mailbox. This package cannot be found,we have looked all around yard. When I try to call post office, I either get a fax machine noise or a lot of noise. I can hear the person saying "Hello" over the noise, but they can't hear me over the roaring noise. I'm just trying to find my order. Please advise.

My package was delivered to a neighbor even when my address was in plain capitalized letters and number!!! This is unacceptable!!! There's 10 trailers and from what I have found out I am not the only one having issues!!!! Also I tried calling but no one answers the phone!!!! Thank you and have a blessed day!!!

I got notification on Tuesday Nov. 24 that a package I had ordered was to be delivered that day. It was not delivered. It was not delivered on Wednesday, and today (the 27th) it was yet again not delivered. Where is my package?

Was this the Arab post office? We’re having the same issue. This is the 2nd time just this week! Tracking shows “delivery attempted, animal interference” same dogs and same carrier for the past 3 years! 😡 never stopped them before! But she would be very rude when handling over pkgs. I’m just figuring that she’s lazy and just doesn’t want to get out of her car! Yet there’s NO delivery slip left in the mail box!! 😡😡😡

My Business is closed on Saturdays. On Saturday 10/17/2020 the mail carrier left $70.00 in merchandise in front of the door of my business even though the door was locked when she should have returned the package to the post office and left a notice in my mail box for me to come to the post office and pick up the package. I am very lucky my package was not stolen. The only reason it wasn't stolen is because I received a delivery alert on my phone and I made a special trip to the office to see if it had actually been left. Much to my amazement it was sitting in front of the locked office door.

I am needing to change my address. Why is there a fee for that?
