Will not drop off packages they always leave a last delivery notice but never come into the driveway or to the door worst mailservise ever.

Does not deliver mail on time or whenever it’s supposed to be delivered I’ve been waiting for a package of mine that they have had for over 2 days worst mail delivery service ever.

One of the worst US Mail services I have ever seen. No idea when or if you will receive or mail. Can be as late as 8pm. And no supervision on delivery, sometimes ends up at your neighbors, who can't read or speak English. Postmaster doesn't care if she addresses problems or not. So time to get the local Congressman involved, because there is no recourse.

The Albertville Alabama 35950 Post office is MAJORLY understaffed! Every time I need to go inside the office there is always a massive line around and out the door most of the time! At times there is only one person working the window! In my opinion this is why the United States Postal Service has suffered financially! The rates are too high and force people to pay bills online to avoid the postage cost! Then when you MUST go inside there is a HUGE wait. Phone calls are not answered either when you call to ask a question. Albertville office desperately needs help!
