I have had issues with my packages repeatedly. Literally nothing is being delivered. It is all being received at the office and then sent back. No one has any answers for me. This is a problem that all of a sudden started a few months ago and no one can seem to fix this issue. Nothing is being delivered to my house. Not even regular mail.

I am tracking a small package, which UPS handled and delivered to the Alabaster Post Office on March 1, 2021. Latest information shows it out for delivery on March 2nd. Today is the 5th and I have not received. I have tried calling the post office countless times only to receive a busy signal. Please advise as soon as possible!

Today I going the office and the lady that was attending the people was not wearing a mask and the sneezed and covered her sneeze with her hands and kept on attending people I’m putting this comment because we are supposed to be taking care of ourselves and everyone else.

I arrived at the Alabaster location at 4:27. I sent my son in with a package while I got my purse. The lady at the counter saw my son and me right behind him and walked away and closed the gate on us. So disappointed that someone could treat a customer that way. We should have been helped seeing as the lady saw us standing there. Gate was closed at 4:29 when they close at 4:30. I will go to other locations from now on.

Alabaster Post Office hires the dumbest drivers. They continually drive on my yard and then deny it. Nothing can be done even if you see them do it...your word against theirs. There are a few good ones...but most need a driving test or glasses. Very disappointed at the uncaring attitude they have...

Went to alabaster post office today at 4 p. M ask the lady at the desk if she could print out a recipet from a package I paid for a few days ago. She told me I would have to come back tomorrow to talk to the lady I bought it from. This doesn't make sense there we're 4 people behind me and I had to wait a while to. I think she just didn't want to fool with me. Do you think she should have waited on me? Or was I making more out of this than it was. I just feel like she could have helped me. I do spend a little bit here at this office this wasn't my first time visiting the po. Thanks

Mail is consistently delivered to the wrong address. Notices of attempted delivery left at wrong house. waiting on a package today (11March 2017). Paid for for USPS Priority Mail and package did not arrive. Web site tracking states a notice was left. No notice was left at the mail box or the front door.

It is 8:08 pm on 1/18/1917 and our mail still has not run today. Can someone please let me know why we didn't get a delivery today? This is not the first time we have been skipped. This happens when our regular carrier is not on the route. When she is here we get our mail before noon most days. We deserve daily service just like everyone else.
