package mailed from Anchorage to me here in Fairbanks arrive on schedule but was delivered to GCI store on Merhar Ave a mile away from the delivery address on the package. Only fortunate that I am there customer and they called me wanting to know why they received it. I would like an answer to that question as well.

No one answers the phone. Was waiting for package from VA found out you people sent it back. Something about addressee not known. Can’t get hold of anyone to talk to as nobody answers the phone.

Terrible customer service-no one answers the phone-let it ring literally 5 minutes three different times!!! Also sent my package Back returned instead of routing to my post office. Didn’t even hold it 2 days for me to realize it was there.

Placed an order to be delivered to my home in December. Never received a post office delivery slip. Tracked my order, but never received it and watched on the tracking notice online as it went straight back to seller.

Why can't you answer the phone? It's only 10:30am.

Amazon packages, which are clearly marked with "porch door", are being dropped right behind the gate, visible to anyone going by. It would take less than 2 seconds to steal packages. Furthermore, USPS marks packages "delivered to porch door or close to front door." Please explain. Will file big complaint with pictures.

Package keep by mail carrier for 10 day, post office will not do anything MAIL FRAUD..... Kentshire mail carrier smelling pull outs of our mag. and putting them all on one page NOT GOOD.

I sent a package to Fairbanks before Christmas. I tracked the package and discovered that it had already arrived in Fairbanks. After Christmas a young woman called me and asked me for a specific apt. number. I did not have one. I now have another address to whom I who like to send the package, but I cannot get in touch with anyone at your post office. How may I contact you?

How do I get in touch with someone at the post office

Even with having paid for a family change of address dated July 30 with the move date being August 1, mail such as medicine sent from the VA was still delivered to 915 Skyline Drive; Fairbanks, Alaska 99712. Curtis and Maureen (Foskey) Watkins

Dear USPS, William (Bill), Rebecca, & Jessie Angell 78 D Street Fairbanks, AK 99701 Frequently we do not get our mail. Fred Meyer Statements, America Bank Statements. And we do get other mail from D St or 78 E or C. I do not like NOT getting my mail. This happen at least once or twice a week. Sincerely, Rebecca Angell 9073221454

I'm actually just inquiring if you sell postage meter at the post office? If so how much and do I need to set up an acct for refills?
