I received an empty box that had been opened and resealed. the rare coin was stolen. I also never received an item that I ordered from Amazon. I just want it known that there may be a recurring theft problem.

I've been waiting for a package that says it was left in a parcel locker on May 12th. Today is June 2nd. I came in to the post office yesterday with my tracking number and gave it to the employee. He then went in the back for a while. When he finally came out he asked me if it was an Amazon package, I said yes. He then told me he checked the parcel locker it was put in and said it was no longer in there. I asked him which P.O. box did the key for the parcel locker go into, he wouldn't say. I asked if it was put into P.O. box 9*****. He then told me to just make a claim with Amazon and that they don't usually argue and will probably send another. Then he said "this happens more often than you'd think". The thing is, this would be the 5th time this has happened, and thankfully amazon has replaced my packages every time. My concern here is how many more times will this happen before Amazon stops replacing packages that have been put in the wrong P.O. boxes? And if they do stop replacing packages because this has happened sooo many times, who will reimburse me? This has been an ongoing problem for a while with this post office. I need to find out how to complain.
