I went to get my box because on my end it said that it was available for pick up. Didn't get a yellow or pink slip. So I went to the front to ask about my boxes, and they brought them up. The employee had told me it had to be sent to my physical address and not my P.O. Box address, or they'll send my boxes back within couple days without notifying me. I called the P. O. number and they said they couldn't do that, and that I CAN use my P.O. Box address instead of my physical address.

I sent 4 Priority Mail envelopes to Chevak AK from Athens Ohio on December 16, 2016. These envelopes arrived in Anchorage on the 18th and left for Bethel on the 19th. Today is January 5, 2017 and the envelopes are still "in transit". USPS Bethel has no concept of what Priority means and makes paying for such service simply stupid.

I have mailed an envelope containing PFD and my husband paid the stamps and he watched the clerk postmark the envelope and now Juneau PFD department is saying the envelope was postmarked another date, do you have proof that every envelope that is postmarked on 3/31/16 is recorded?
