this post office has gone downhill over the last several years, you've taken away services people need and use but yet you still want more government money and all other rates go up I personally And I still can't get My mail-in My mailbox, its always put in the tenants downstairs and there's no reason I have new mailbox well labeled and have spoken to post office and postal carriers about this and yet it still happens 5 out of 7 days a week !!!

I have been missing mail for month now. It’s usually a mix of things. It started with a gift card that was sent to me then it went to regular greeting cards missing and now it’s government letters from the courts that are missing. I have read other reviews and this post office in particular has a lot of complaint about missing mail and people’s cards being opened up. I have sent myself a letter with a gift card in it about 4 weeks ago....I mailed it from Washington Mills post office and sent to yorkville post office. I haven’t received it yet. All this stuff comes up on my informed delivery but I never receive it.
