Called 631-345-6829 to complain mailed was received soaked in coffee. Spoke with Kevin who suggested to speak with the supervisor however Kevin would not take a message for that supervisor. Called back one hour later as Kevin suggested but the supervisor was still unavailable. Normally we would not make a big deal of this but may legal docs were received via mail today and they were ruined.

on or about july 28th i placed a check addressed and written to a local hospital. the checkwas made out to the hospital for over $ 900.00, i placed the envelope into my roadside mailbox for the carrier to pick up later that day, no one has received this check. how can i locate the missing with the check inside of it. ps i used a security envelope.

Duane is a horribly rude employee who obviously doesn't care about customer service. I scheduled my mail to be "on hold" for a certain date until my house sitter could receive it. Some mail came, but not all. This was a huge problem because I had to wait two days for the post office to re-open. I came in person to show the postal employee my email which clearly said that my mail was to be delivered on 2/13/18. I showed my email confirmation to Duane, but he refused to read it. He said that his instructions said to keep the mail on hold for an extra week and that I should be grateful that I have such a good mail carrier. It was bad enough that the post office made such a huge and costly mistake, but for an employee to be obnoxious instead of apologetic (as well as sympathetic) is unacceptable. His incompetence, and sincere apathy, makes me lose complete faith in our postal service.

Nasty, unfriendly, straight up mean. Especially susan. Dont dare ask questions cause youll get an attitude and their passport hours listed are not true. They say they do passports until 4 monday-friday but then send people out at 3. Unprofessional.
