I would like to find out why the Round Lake PO has been not been functioning properly since November. There has been a shift in employees and often different people daily. I have had packages say delivered with my tracking number and yet they say the packages aren't there. There is often a label or some writing on the package as to damage or mislabeling which never seems to add up to what I see. Today has been the last straw tho, I sent an express mail package from Maine to my round lake address ( it cost 25.00), I needed the item there overnight. At 3 PM they are still saying its not there regardless that the tracking info states it was delivered at 6 am in the morning. Please, can there be some accountability? I have never had these issues in the past.
