I am not receiving my mail. For two days, I have not received mail. I am not receiving my bills and important tax information. I have sent numerous emails on the USPS.com website and have spoken to the letter carriers. This problem just seems to persist here.

Mail must be really slow. I mailed a 10"x 13"poly mailer from Hazleton Pa. 18201 to Angel Latorres, 4782 Boston Post Road on 11/10/2020 and she claims she never received it.

I question the work ethic of the supervisor on duty here today, 28 Aug 20. My sister arrived there between 3:40 and 4:15 pm and spoke with the person at the counter, then in turn the supervisor on duty. I received a package from NY which was sent by my sister on 26 Aug 20. She paid for Express Mail 1 day delivery, signature required. The guaranteed delivery time was 27 Aug 20 by 12:00. It was delivered on 27 Aug 20 at 2:24 p. Consequently, my sister went to this post office to request a refund since the guarantee had been breached. My sister had the receipt, gov't issued ID, and tracking number. This supervisor told my sister that I should have known - perhaps through osmosis, the package was there and come and signed for it. I was on speaker with my sister and the supervisor so please do not assume this is hearsay. He told my sister she was not entitled to the refund because it was time stamped as being received at my local post office at 11-something pm. My sister reiterated several times that she paid for the package to be delivered to my door, not to be picked up. The supervisor then stated that he didn't know the policy for delivery where I live so I had to take it up with my local post office. What?!? I didn't pay for overnight delivery. My sister did. Can someone please respond to this inquiry and show me post office protocol which says a person should pick up a package which has a guaranteed delivery time and date. Again, this was not a package that I was to pick up in that is not what my sister paid for. Please refund her money. This is inherently dishonest.

Letter carrier placed two envelopes clearly marked on a public counter. Both envelopes contained checks. I'm not clear why they put some mail in the box and the checks on the counter. Peter J. Romano & Company, 629 Fifth Avenue, Pelham, NY 10803

Went into post office today after waiting in line for 45 minutes was told they did not have any international mailing forms & recommended going to New Rochelle because there was no waiting. Tried to go to New Rochellebut there was no parking avail & street work was being done making it extremely difficult to get into post office. Pelham is run haphazardly; inventory should be taken on a daily bases to meet the public’s needs

I found my mail in a recycle paper box on the porch along with the other tenants. If I didn’t see my name by glance my important test results and credit cards as well as bills would have never made it to me. My mail box was empty. Whomever is delivering is just getting rid of the mail and I know it’s not our regular mail man. This is unbelievable. I have pictures for proof.

Amazon Prime promised delivery in 2 days. Pelham delivery driver scanned package into log for 2nd day 4.56 pm. Well, no package to be found in my mailbox. 3rd advised supervisor in Pelham who contacted driver that package will be delivered around noon. By 3:45 pm still no package. Another trip Pelham Post Office, same supervisor tracked down driver with package still on truck. Finally at 4 pm package was delivered. Pelham...please, you can do better. By the way, that was now the 2nd time this happened.

When the post office closes at 5:00 PM, and it’s 4:40 on a business day and there is a line of 10 people, and there is only one person working the counter, it’s inappropriate for the one person at the counter to carry on conversations beyond just small talk with people. I am all about being pleasant and personable, but if this is how things are the least the post office could do is make sure there are at least 2 counters open.

Bogus mail delivered to former residents of my address continue to bombard my mailbox. I have spoken directly to Supervisor Innes at Pelham, who told me directly he would correct it. This can only mean 1 thing. After my recent horrible review, Supervisor Innes & my delivery lady (Fifth Ave, Pelham), are doing it deliberately & should be fired. Cancelling past residents mail, upon request, is a standard service the USPS.provides. Come Monday, I will be going up the chain of supervision until this is resolved and make sure that Innes & the postal delivery lady never work in customer service again!

The worst post office, worst supervisor, Roy Innes, & worst mail carrier (she refuses to give me her name) I've ever had to deal with!! Pelham & New Rochelle!! Countless letters, phone calls & still, every day my mailbox gets bombarded with mail for past residents that haven't lived here in decades!! My last call to Innes was last Thurs, 7/13, where he said again that he would take care of this. Since then, 17 NEW PARCELS!! I will be contacting USPS Headquarters!! You should all be ashamed of yourselves. TD
