I've lived just over a year in my apt. 2 days ago I was expecting 2 small packets of rings. The person left only 1 & I called olean post office to ask them to see what happened to it, as both were "delivered". Both were NOT delivered here. He was incredibly rude & cussed at me. Now I'm out BOTH my money & my rings. NOT happy nor favorably impressed w/male who answered my call.

The counter person (Bob) is incredibly rude. I have dreaded using this facility because of him, often driving to another site to avoid him. Today he shamed me for mailing a package, saying I was living dangerously and the virus would kill me.. although I was masked and social distancing. He then humiliated me for having difficulty with card payment swipe, being insulting in front of all lobby patrons. I am 66, unused to using a debit card, just trying to make my community safe. This is not the first time he has been insulting and very unpleasant.

Saturday, May 11, I placed a bag of nonperishable food on my porch by the mailbox just as I have for the last several years. My mail was delivered, but the bag was not picked up and was soaking wet from rain by the time I noticed it was still there. I am so disappointed.

Question...Is Olean Post Office looking for more employees? Is add in Oleanhelpwanted for our post office or for USPS IN General?
