For some reason our mail person on Allen st doesn’t know how to protect the mail when it is raining. Twice now I have received important paperwork that was practically destroyed. I was embarrassed to mail it back , but let them know it was an incompetent mail person that delivered it .

Good morning, I am curious. Why at the N. T. post office Is the bulk mailing NOT open on a Saturday?? On line Tonawanda is open. Can we go there for our monthly mailing? Window HOURS (for the working class) are another story! Thank you, and Blessings in '2020'

All local post office phone numbers are all disconnected. Everyone in the state of NY has to call a 1-800 phone number that makes you wait over 1 hour. Figures, anything run by the Fed. Gov. is inefficient and wastes way more money than if it was run by a private corporation. At least hire some temp. workers to answer the phone in a reasonable time frame.

the mail carriers in this post office have left my mail laying on my porch two days in a row and when a asked about it today the carrier told me it was because she didn't want to step in some dog waste. but she had to come up onto the porch to get a letter that was going out in the mail this is a disgrace that they are allowed to just leave your mail laying in the open for anybody to steal
