I called to check why my package that was indicated to have been delivered to USPS Kew Gardens Facility was moved to Brooklyn as per "customer request" which I didn't do. And this lady was very rude and yelled at me on the phone telling me my package has not arrived in their office yet. I was explaining the situation and she just cut me off by yelling "Mam, again your package has not arrived here yet!".

In November of 2016 I ordered a Year subscription to The International Edition Jerusalem Post. This paper is supposed arrive an Friday because it is a periodical and it discusses that week's issues. I have never received this paper on time. It comes more often than not the following Monday or Tuesday because the Kew Gardens Hills post office can not get their act together. It is on no wonder why this one the worst post office has a very poor rating, together with other ones like it nationwide please get your act together. Calling this Post office does not help because there are many who are employed there that lie to customers all the time

I have called so many times to confirm that they have my package before showing up, and they refuse to answer. Finally I get through and i have been on hold for 15 minutes. This place sucks. Last time i needed to see where my package ended up, because they marked it as 'delivered' but it was not delivered as they stated, didnt bother even leaving a notice for pick up. They couldn't locate my package for a WEEK, and it finally showed up when i went into the office for the 5th day in a row. Their employees are so incredibly rude, don't have any customer service decency, rude to their customers. If your employees are overworked, hire more. Or fire the shitty ones you have, so people who can be grateful they have good government jobs can step in and do a better job.
