Had a small package from Amazon coming by 8pm yesterday. I was home, had outside lights on and it was clear skies. They did not deliver the package and at 801 the tracking stated that I requested the package be held at the P.O.. I never made the request. I just wanted my package delivered. I called the P.O. number and found myself caught in an automated phone loop with no help. Pretty poor service don't you think.

Had a 10AM appointment to renew passport photo. Showed up at 9:45AM and was told "camera guy" not available until at least 11AM. (Two able-bodied people standing there apparently too stupid to operate a camera.) Went home and found voicemail canceling the appointment just 20 minutes before the appointment! How unprofessional is this???!!!

address of package was hyde park 3 miles from p.o. ..they delv.to someone in staatsburg .. now what ..will they go get it ??? .. can no one read the address that works for the p.o. ..for what they make at least they could read as part of the job ..

We KEEP receiving "Sorry we missed you while you were out" slips. Often WE ARE HOME as in the case of today, but if there is any mud in our driveway or a puddle, the delivery person refuses to even attempt delivery. The slip is never even registered or reported so when we try to schedule redelivery the code isn't valid. We are on North Quaker. This has been an on going problem and we have brought it up. Staatsburg says is Hyde Park, Hyde Park says is Staatsburg... CAN SOME ONE PLEASE Address this? I wouldn't be able to get away with this at my job....and why do I pay for delivery if it doesn't get delivered? Is is possible for me to submit my receipts to the USPS for reimbursement? PLEASE chang eour mail carriers run.

Would someone please change the mail box in the parking lot in Hyde Park. It is not in compliance with the Federal Disabilities act. For the handicapped, there is no possible way to mail a letter by staying in the car. The odd place it was placed, takes up space for those exiting the lot. The slot is so narrow, you are unable to mail anything over 1/2 inch thick and no rear larger slot. Spoke to a postal clerk and was told “he will never change it back”. This is so inconvenient, as I have seen people pulling out a “walker” to go to the box in front of the post office.

Residents of Hyde Park are very upset that the drive-up drop box has been removed. Please find a way to put it back. Some older people can not walk from the parking lot to the front boxes.

Packages not being delivered to house. I was told that the roads have been deemed to dangerous for mail carriers to pull in to driveways. so there will be no more mail delivered to the door. Tried to file a complaint with the phone numbers given to me and they are all private peoples phones. I have to cross the road to get my mail because the post office said the box had to be there but you cant pull into my driveway? I will find anyway i can not to use your service anymore. If i could stop my tax dollars paying your salary i would.

Home delivery service is horrible mail hasn't been coming till 4:30 or later?? But the post office closes at 5 ????
