Postal Locations

I presently receive my pkgs & mail from the High Falls, NY post office. Recently, I recvd a slip informing me that a pkg will be waiting for me at the post office after 4:30 on the same day that I recvd the notice. When I arrived at the HIGH FALLS post office at 4:50pm the same dayI was told my pkg was not there & probably still with the postal carrier & that I should return tomorrow, Sat. I returned the next day @ 10:15 & again requested my pkg. I was told the pkg was still w/ the carrier & would be delivered to my mailbox that day, Sat 5/21/16. I STILL HAVE NOT RECV' D MY PACKAGE!!! And I am NOT HAPPY! Does this mean the mail carrier has my pkg it in her car/truck and/or can't find it? WHERE IS MY PKG?!?!? I stupidly signed for it so that it could be delivered & now I don't have any record to go by. Had you left the postal workers in place that knew their neighbors and their job instead of replacing them with incompetent people PROBLEMS like this might not be occurring! PLEASE RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!
