This is in regard to our snow situation. I am a senior first of all. Now that Taylor Road is cleared down to pavement there is no way for me to get mail as the box is covered with all the snow from this episode. There is no way to be delivered. Is there a way I can come in to pick up mail.

I needed help with a residential address in Hamburg NY. Waited as the phone rang for several minutes. Apparently the postal staff were all attending a national post office seminar on how to be of little to no use to the public. Well done. Let's hope the days of the US postal service are numbered. Wretched service!

We have had our mail held 1or 2X a year & 99% of the time we get some of someone elses mail in with ours when it is delivered upon our return. We wonder where did any of ours go???? We always put out the wrong mail for our carrier with a note. However wonder about ours???? Surely some of it goes somewhere else too. We even get with the wrong mail the note telling the carrier to hold that mail. this time we got 2 such notes for different addresses! Needless too say this is very upsetting for such a professional organization.

When there is a problem about a delivery one expect to reach someone at the location that the delivery was made from. If one called the location during hours of operation one would assume that someone should answer the phone or at least be able to leave a message. At the Hamburg PO that is not the case. After listening to the automated system loping for 15 minutes and no oneanswering or ability to leave a message I hung up. And they wonder why people don't use their service
