I been waiting fir a check in the mail fir 3 weeks haven’t received it yet we don’t have a regular lady or man we get mailed delivered 7-8 pm at night since the regular lady is out they won’t bring the mail out this has be going on for a year and more they don’t answer the phone or take complaints at mitt Ave farrockaway office this is not fair we want out mail 14-30 redfern Ave redfern houses please deliver our mail

Paid express overnight medication for a very sick patient. Regardless of the message “ no access to the delivery location “ no one ever tried to do this life and death delivery . No one answered the PO phone. A case was created , but the patient life is in jeopardy. USPS needs more responsibility. Hopefully the patient will be alive tomorrow. Case created and our doctors office will follow this case closely. It’s unbelievable. It’s not The first time it’s happening. Case # 30146634 We’ll go further

this post office is by far the worst. I have three orders out and every time I check my phone and I get the tracking number for the items that I have ordered. when I check it states that the packages have been delivered, but I have not gotten them. try calling and texting and I don't get a response. is the postal service going to refund me for the money that I spent on the items that I purchased and never got. your postal company need to retrain your workers. we are the ones that are being cheated out of merchandise and money. I went to 1836 Mott ave post office to get a money order for $140 for a passport renewal and a passport card this was my first time applying for the card she said the money order $140 then she tell me I can’t do both together , she tear the money order up and give one for $110 I use my card to pay she did not cancel the $140 she give money order for $110 with recited write $30 cash I did not give her cash in the first place I give card so expect my $30 to back to my card I went back to the post office she claims she give me $30 I did not get no cash from her I asked to talk to the manager he came and it seems that he did not want to here what I have to say they have camera. Inside over there head so think he should run the camera he said from I leave out the post office he don’t business with anything so I don’t no if it’s there policy so they take my $30 did not get it back. Very poor management they need to do something about it

I must complain about post office . I am a senior citien. and on February 16. went to my P.P. on 94th St. Rcky. Bch, NY. to hve. an envelope mailed, crtified mail-return receipt requested. cost me $7.95. When I got hme. yesterday it was in my mailbox - not delivered no explaination. went t my Post office today he spoke to manager. said it I wrote a number which I had whited out before that. I do believe no attempt was made my your postal service to deliver this, it was my tax info. Called My tax office they said it was weird- because their mailman hand delivers it to them and they r open 6 days a week. Had to resend this again, cost me another$7.95. This is not to believed. I will go further. Clerk gve. me a complaint # to call - no answer.

This post office is horrible. I sent package priority on 9/7/2020 from Hazelwood Missouri. Package delivered to wrong address in Far Rockaway. The package was address to a person in Inwood, My. I've been calling since last Friday getting claim numbers and no one knows anything. Was told a supervisor would call and email me which never happened. I've been calling the post office in Far Rockaway for over half an hour on two different cell phones which no one bothers to answer the phone there. Never again will I use USPS but go another route with my mail.

I'm tracking my package from Lifelong Company and its saying it is thiscatvthis facility..They didn't put my house number on it. My name on the package is Annette Williams at 105 08 ( they left off the 08)..227 st. Queens Village 11429...is it still there? What do I do now? Thank you.

Good morning All, Recently our neighborhood mail not delivering in proper way...we are receiving mail some other people mail in our mail box, Same thing happening with our neighbor's too.wrong people mail we are receiving at all the time.. federal employee should know them job, and they should not do like this.

No one answer this phone number they keep hanging up or letting it rang out I have not been getting my deliveries yet they say they were delivered. This is not the first time they have taken my packages. I need to know where my packages are going and who they are giving them to. I need answers because i am going to have them investigated this is a federal offense can someone look in to this matter . They say packages were delivered but post office is not answering the phone so i can get information. I was home and in the building the day they say it was delivered no one knocked or left anything at my door.
