I would like to know how much it costs to send a suitcase of clothes until Indianapolis weighs 35-40 lbs.

Absolutely incompetent, call about an issue, never get a call or anything resolved. People delivering mail can’t even read addresses.

Cortland post office is a damn joke. 3 times today we were told we were going to get our mail after it just randomly stopped coming, 3 times, and still nothing. What a joke of customer service. Absolutely pissed off. They even called the mail man to confirm to drop off our mail and nothing. We know because of cameras, and outgoing mail that has been there for over a week is still not taken.

Absolutely horrible they have refused to deliver our mail and packages because “we don’t have a mailbox” when do, next to our apartments entrance with our names on it. It is around the side of the house whereas the others are on the front porch. I guess they are too lazy to walk 5 feet around the side to deliver our mail. And now they are retuning everything to the sender!

Shame on the person who shovels the snow at the Cortland post office. They need to clean spaces for people to get to the sidewalk from the parking spaces in front of the post office. Someone is going to fall and break a leg or worse. This has been going on for years.

The lady postmaster won't let Sunday drivers deliver our Amazon packages. They have a key to our building. up till last couple weeks we were getting them delivered. the blonde lady is postmaster now and stop the sunday deliveries. she told Amazon they don't operate on Sundays and they do.

When I havent done anything! I called back in December. The lady said it would be fixed and it hasnt been! A neighbor and landlord has been getting my mail!!!! This needs to be fixed!

Don't expect the supervisor to do anything even if the mail man is a jerk and takes next day air packages from ups (delivered form new guy by mistake) out of your mailbox. The mail man knows exactly what I do for a living because he is super nosy. He has put packages at different spots at my houses like he is casing the place and I even caught him in my garage a few years ago with one of my personal items in his hand. I would love to spend three minutes alone in his garage. I have never had an issue with a female delivery person. They are always polite and professional.

I regularly put a note in my mailbox at the top of my driveway, letting the post carrier know that I have boxes at the front door - prepay for pick up. As the holidays approach and I have TONS of packages arriving and sending out, I THOUGHT is would be more polite to request a pick up on line. I placed the request online last night. I had 20 packages today that needed to go out and MOC214152844 is the confirmation number from the email that I received. I called the Cortland Post Office at 4:30pm and spoke to "Heather". She took my address and said someone would be right out to collect them.... AT 5:30PM, I took the packages out of the RAIN!!!!!.... I called and got the fax machine. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SEND THINGS WHEN I CAN"T COUNT ON THE POST OFFICE!!!????!!!

i'm tired of walking into the cortland post office and having to wait in line for forms. and every time i comment it's the same answer "somebody took them all" doesn't matter what time of day. i should not have to wait in line. with a business that is struggling to survive you would think customer service would be more important!

Deena was amazing! I have 65 Christmas cards that all had to be hand cancelled! It took her 45 minutes but the whole time she was laughing and smiling. The spirit of the season is found at the Cortland Post Office. This of course was after I was turned away from the Dryden Post office who said it would take too long to hand cancel all my cards and did not have enough stamps!

Poor customer service inside post office ! No personality's at all ! They give u attitude when they are supposed to be helping customers ! Asking for help is not a good idea because u never get a reasonable answer! Make u feel like an idiot before you leave ! Need a new supervisor also he just stands back and laughs at you !

Customer on Miller Street Cortland NY! I'm angry at first I was sympathetic but now this make me really upset. First let me point out I'm the daughter of a retired mail carrier. My mother was the first women in Elmira NY to deliver not sort the mail she loved it. Now stating this I will move on to my complaint. I watch and have watched carriers for all of my years (53) show respect for their customer and their lawns. This still holds true right up to today with one exception!!!!We have since summer had a female carrier a bit over weight who stumbles about and drags her feet as she comes down the street. She never uses the sidewalk, she lumbers and practically crawls up each step to the mail boxes. She will and has started leaving walk paths in all the lawns due to her not using the sidewalk.I have raised all 4 of my children ranging from 30 down to 13 to respect everyone's property and including their lawns, USE THE SIDEWALK DON'T WEAR A PATH IN THE LAWN, SHOW RESPECT FOR PEOPLES PROPERTY ITS NOT YOURS TO TRAMP DOWN AND DESTROY.She the lady mail carrier isn't that attentive either, she delivers incorrect addresses, not just the number but the street as well. Our mail is always soaked and warn thin where it was held in the rain or snow while she walks. There are times where she has thrown mail on the porch steps not in the box. I can go on but I think I made my point.Retrain her or what ever it takes to get her to respect your and her customers please put an end to her complacency. definition-(self-satisfaction especially when accompanied by unawareness of actual dangers or deficiencies )
