I Am Becoming Very Frustrated With My Mail Carrier As I've Resided at The Following Only For A Month and It's Been A Constant Problem. For Instance, Today, 2/12/2023 Another Package, In Which Absolutely Doesn't Require A Signature Was Unbelievably And Not Delivered As It Claims That A Shirt Was Undeliverable At 6:30 P.M. 9200190238408331419377. I Was Both Home and Outside, So That's Impossible. On A Closing Note, I. Need Both The Post Masters and Supervisors Name, To Avoid Repoting The Aforementioned To The Next Level. Respectfully, Christopher Groben 153 Main Street, Cornwall, NY 12518. Back House In Which is Blue In Color. Please Address This Pressing issue Immediately. Have a Wonderful Weekend Christopher Groben 845 540 9767

Ms Griffin is the rudest postal worker I have ever met.

Very rude staff. They act like they work at a really busy place in NYC. Today I went to ask a question, I got an attitude right off the bat.. The postal employee was wearing slippers, she acted like I asked her to solve world hunger. She reluctantly went to looks for an article that was never delivered, she literally dragged her slippered feet into the back of the building. Is it a punishment to work in the Cornwall P.O.? Even the mail carriers don’t properly wear their uniforms. My father worked for the USPS for almost 40yrs, he wore his uniform properly everyday he reported for work. Shameful

I have had nothing but problems here. I am livid that our tax dollars pay for this establishment to barely do their jobs. Aside from being rude every time I have spoken to someone, I have had issues with everything from passports to simply getting a piece of mail delivered. I was just informed a check for a parking ticket was never delivered. I dropped it in the box here weeks ago, now they are trying to double my fine. Horrible, miserable workers here. Obviously, they don’t care what happens as a result of their incompetence. I would be fired on the spot if I acted like this at my job.

I spoke with rude postmaster about missing mail - claims absolutely no responsibility for missing water bill and W-2 form - sad state as this is a glimpse of how our country is being run - by inadequate, irresponsible and rude goyims

Terrible post office, rude beyond rude and I've had 2 passport photos taken there, both not accepted by the US department for passports. Skip this post office if you can....you'll get much better service at the COH or Mountainville Offices. So pleasant and helpful.

The office in Cornwall has the rudest postal worker. He never looks up from his phone and never acknowledges with a "Your Welcome or Thanks" I am really getting tired of this dude and his attitude.
