Completely inept office. We have a valid cancel order of a forwarding address. We noticed that we were receiving less and less mail immediately after. We call the office and explain the situation and the post office says it is still going to the forwarded address and they will put in a notice but to also call the other post office. 7-10 days later still almost no mail, call back and then are told by another person that they do not have a canceled order and now need to go in person. This was after the situation was explained clearly with cancellation number given the previous call. No matter who you speak to at this post office they are either clueless or show absolutely no concern for your situation. Hopefully, they can clear out some of this dead wood and have employees who actually know what is going on or at least can justify their paycheck.

USPS should be privatized...bureaucratic sea slugs are useless; no accountability; couldn't care less. Why publish telephone numbers if they go unanswered all the time always !

The postman CONSTANTLY delivers other people's mail to my house, and my mail ends up god knows where when that happens too. The address is marked clearly on the mailbox, so I'm assuming this is just laziness and carelessness. USPS used to be reliable, and now good third of everything mailed gets "lost".
