Dear Sir: I want to bring your attention to the fact that packages are being left in areas where they can easily be stolen or damaged. They are left on the ground by mail boxes or tied on the outside of the box. I know my two regular carriers do not leave items on the ground by the mailbox. We have a circular driveway that is easy to get in and out of and they leave packages at the door. I am wondering if it is substitute carriers who leave things on the ground at the road. See the picture from Jan 9, 2023. There was a package that must have been left like this during the time before Christmas. It had snowed. A few days later when it was melting I saw a box about 30 ft from my mailbox in the ditch. It turned out to be a Christmas present. The plow must have scooped it up. The box was soaked. Luckily the item inside was not damaged. USPS contracts with other carriers to be the final deliverer of items. It is not fair to customers to provide such shoddy service. Please address this situation with your carriers.

Please tell your carriers to ring the doorbell when leaving fruit from another state in the winter time. It can easily freeze when the temps are below freezing. Thank you.

Our dairy farm has two mail boxes. All mail, without Unit 2, designated on it, should go to 1970 Sand Hill Road. This is the box in front of the white house. Unit 2 mail is our employees. They have been getting all our mail. Unit 2 is clearly marked on the box. Thank you.

Customer service here is lacking tremendously. Went to apply for a passport today, had a 10:45 am appointment. I showed up just to be told that my photo and birth certificate were both unacceptable. No where on this site does it say that the birth certificate has to have 6 points of identification. I brought it from the county office so it should not have been a problem. I also went to Walgreens which is also advertised on this site and had my photos done and the woman at this post office told me that there is always a problem with photos taken there. It would be nice if these things were clarified and if the staff did not take it out on the customer because we are misinformed. Very unhappy with the experience.

Your worker Carl the receptionist is extremely short with customers. Terrible customer service. I hope you can communicate that it is his job to be helpful in a way that doesn't alienate those who require his services.
