This is more of an observation with a couple suggestions than it is a complaint. I'm noticing that we have different carriers all the time and a lot of my neighbor's mail ends up in our mailbox and vice versa. We always work it out, but I'm wondering if there is something I can do to help the postal carrier to ensure the mail goes into the proper box. I'm also noticing that the mail arrives at different times each day. Sometimes, it's around midday and sometimes it's not until late afternoon. Also, wouldn't it be easier for carriers to have the same routes, so they become familiar with them? It might help with consistency. Thanks!

I found my package myself, no help from useless Postmistress in Baldwinsville MISREPORTED AS DELIVERED TO MY MAILBOX. FILL IN DELIVERY DRIVER HAD DELIVERED IT TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MAILBOX IN THE SUBDIVISION. THIS GOES ON AND ON REGULAR PROBLEMS . SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS POST OFFICE. SHE DOES NOTHING, JUST SAYS IT WAS DELIvered, LIE AND DISHONest.

Once again I have to complain about the woman that delivers on River Rd. Last night 12/14 my 3 packages were crammed in my mailbox thats at the road. Because it couldn't be shut because of the packages, it was left open till today when I went out to the mailbox, only to find mailbox open and packages sticking out. It's a wonder someone didn't steal them. . This is unacceptable even though I realize it's a busy time of the year . Beverly Gee

Visiting the PO just now, both of the counter agents had their masks on. Both had them below their noses. As an older person with concerns about getting sick, I find this unacceptable. What good is mask wearing unless mouth and nose is covered. Please address this situation.

I was supposed to get a delivery today. I was sitting here waiting for it. My tracking says delivery was attempted at 1:39 pm - it wasn't. I called the 800# and it also says my package is being held at the Baldwinsville, NY post office by request of customer - I did not request anything of the sort! I was sitting here waiting for it! This isn't the first time this has happened. I don't mind getting a package a day late, but the lying and laziness is beyond wrong.

I am tired of the Baldwinsville, NY carriers deciding if they want to deliver mail or not. I've had several items not delivered when they're supposed to be and today I was waiting in my apartment for a delivery from Amazon that said it was out for delivery and then I receive an email saying: "Held at post office at customers request" I wouldn't have been waiting around in my apartment on a rare beautiful day if I wanted it held at the post office! Someone needs to investigate these workers because I know others have had the same complaint! Village Green apartments especially!

I live in the Village Green Apartment's and have told our postal guy time and time again that a certain person does not live here (I have been living here for almost a year) and yet we still get her mail. I have even written on the envelope "does not live here" and he refuses to take them back and they look to be bank statements and important information. Someone needs to look into this "postal guy".

Filing a Complaint, last week I received a 16x20 portrait in my mailbox , where half of the pkg was sticking out of my mailbox and a plastic bag rubberbanded around the exposed pkg. Thankfully it wasnt raining! If a pkg doesnt fit in the mailbox arent they supposed to deliver to your door?? We live on River Road BVille, I just walked down to get mail today and there was a pkg for my neighbor hanging on the mailbox in a bag AGAIN it wouldnt ft in so whoever delivers here just hung it there? I delivered it to them since it looked like an expensive pkg ( from best buy) WE live at 8395 River Road. This isnt the first time I've had issues like this , I've had to go to post office twice to sign for a pkg because they NEVER even TRIED to deliver as I was home both times, and I complained then too!! Whoever is delivering to us is lazy IMO!!

I am not happy what so ever. There was a package that was post to be delivered to my house the week of 21st and the snowplow took out my mailbox. I was in fl so I was not there to put up a new one and a package said it was scanned in at my mailbox on Tue and Wed and there was no mailbox there .......... This needs to be taken care of. I never gave the ok for anyone to get my mail and if the carrier gave it to someone eles then the carrier should be paying for it to be replaced this is a joke
