A clerk didn’t input the recipients address in correctly. There is a picture of the label I created by hand and the shipping label had a different address. It was sent to the wrong address because of this and lost. I spoke to the post office in California (delivery destination) and they instructed me to speak to the post office in ny. I called and when I asked where my package was delivered I was lied to twice before dawn admitted that it was in the system incorrectly. I was not asked to verify the address, and there are no cameras or recorded lines to prove anything. They were not able to help me and told me “this happens sometimes”. It only happens when people are careless and dishonest.
