I loved the service offered by the Latin Bear who had gray hair and who works with passports. I'd like to get his number, he's nice and I like his vibe.

Dougie is awesome! He is friendly and so helpful making sure that he's giving you the best option. It's not only me I've seen him interact with other customers as well and he is excellent. I hope Dougie is taking care of because he certainly is taking care of the customers at Salem post office!

I agree with all that state Salem postal delivery is horrible. Especially the weekend individual. Looking forward to moving and never dealing with this garbage "service" again.

I mailed a letter from Spfld, MA to Performix Pharmacy on Oct 15 and the letter was delivered first week of Dec. I was forced to seek other means of communication. I am now waiting on a delivery on my last letter mailed on Dec 4. What happens to our mail?????

Bad customer services. Always complain when I bring more than couple packages using their QR code service, asking me why I don't print lables at home. I was like why you guys provide this service if you don't want to print labels for customers!?? The grouchy old bald head guy never say hi and thanks, never smile, never wear his mask right. HIs mask always cover his chin only.

These guys suck ass, they are supposed to deliver a package to me as of 2 days ago and haven't, on top of that, these retards apparently don't know how to update a website, and I can't find a proper way to communicate to check on my package. For all I know these retards lost it.

Salem NH post office refused to scan my prepaid packages now they are lost and nobody answers the phone there ever! It just clicks and hangs up..I have never had worse service and I have dealt with numerous USPS locations in several states. The guy at the desk had to ask his mom to hold on because he had to put the phone down to explain to me why he couldnt simply scan them due to covid! I mean seriously you get paid to blab with your mom at work on the company phone?. So the next day I went to diff location and they had never heard of this rule, I dont understand how Salem NH P.O. is still in business

Why has the mail not been delivered to the even numbered houses on Tyler Street in 2 damn days? What the hell is wrong with the damn letter carrier?
I need my damn mail, because I am expecting extremely important "bills" and other documents I require "now", today, January 22, 2014.
