Worst run post office in the country. I've never experienced such poor mail service from any other town I've lived in. NEVER. Since living in Londonderry for 5 years, I've had 4 registered mail packages lost by this post office, never to be found again. I swear, this place is run by a bunch of crooks and thieves. I filed multiple complaints with usps about the lost mail and never received any help or compensation. In addition to loosing multiple registered mail packages, my daily delivered mail consistently ends up in someone else's mailbox and I end up with a neighbors (not always the same neighbor I might add). It seems as if every month or two, the mail person just randomly shoves mail in my neighborhoods mail boxes without even checking who the mail belongs to. This has happended multiple times despite several of us complaining about it at the post office. I've never experienced this in any other town before. Finally, the mail carriers don't even wear USPS uniforms and some seem like teenagers hired right off the street. Again, never seen this before anywhere else. Wake up management at Londonderry USPS! What is going on here??

We have only lived in Londonderry for a little over 2 months and my packages do not alway get to me. First time the package when to 289 High Range Rd, I called the office and it was located, now I’m missing 2 more. Tracking tells me they were delivered on Nov 15, we never got them so now another call will have to be place to the office. This is terrible service, what can be done

Our mail carrier was fantastic, but unfortunately changed to a different route. Now, I get someone else’s mail each day along with a different mail carrier. Whether it’s someone on my street, a street over, or a couple streets over. I usually get a couple pieces of mail each day, but haven’t seen much all week long. Please figure it out.

I am not sure of the process, but a letter addressed to DOWNSHIRE HILL, LONDON, UK NW3-INR is NOT Devonshire Lane Londonderry, NH 03053. So when I point this out on the envelope, wouldn't it make sense to send it to the appropriate country? Instead of re-delivering to my address? Not the first time this has happened. Is it that they made a mistake at the Tennessee branch? Assigned it to this zip code?

Typically, USPS is great with bringing packages up to my door when they’re too big for the mailbox. Today, I uncovered a damaged package full of snow . The worst thing was that my merchandise (make up and lotions) were all frozen and packaging was ice. I understand it is 3 degrees out and no one wants to get out of their vehicle, but please don’t leave my deliveries on the side of the road sitting in the snow. Thanks.

I tracked my package all day for delivery. It was suppose to come today. Tracking said it would be delivered today. I waited... checked the tracking again at 6 pm and it said they tried to deliver it but the receptacle was blocked at 539 pm. There is no way it was blocked! I believe they didn't even try to deliver it because the weather was bad! This was a very important Christmas gift!!! I am soooo mad!!! This package came all the way from Hawaii and Londonderry had it but didn't deliver it!!

Today I mailed several tax forms at my mailbox. When I picked up my mail shortly after the delivery. One of the tax form letters was still in the box. This made it very difficult for me because I had no means to get the letter to the post office to meet the tax deadline. Four attempts to get through to a person at the Londonderry post office were unsuccessful.
