Please tell acceptance agents to execute the passport applications and inform the customer that they may be contacted for more information if the agent believes there is a deficiency with the application. Do not allow them to argue with the customer. This is not the first issue with your location.

I put a hold on my mail, June 15th. Hampton post office never held my mail- so three times I handed in the form and I was told they would process it, went back a couple weeks later NO MAIL. I was in tears!!! Again I completed a form for Hold and the manager said SHE would process it HERSELF, went back two weeks later again NO MAIL!!!! Finally changed my address, started getting mail - but I have not received any missing mail from June15th thru August!!!!! I have medical issues which important information is sent to me - I am so disappointed!!!! Several times asked for the postmaster to contact me regarding this, never received a call from the postmaster!!!! Hampton Use to Be a very efficient post office, as I have lived in Hampton for over 30 years, But lately they are failing people immensely!

Another day that the Express Mailbox did not get picked up.Fourth time in four weeks. We put a few in the box before noon and the rest at 3:45p.m. The ones put in the box at 3:45 are still sitting there. Box says pickup at 4:30. Scan says 4:54 pm. Clearly scanned in the truck long after box was picked up. Time to switch to UPS.

The mail delivery for 9 l street is horrible the mail carrier does not deliver or when they do th hey do not put mail in the proper mail box which are all numbered along with delivering mail like once a month is not cutting it .some of the people at this resident's have time sensitive mail that needs to be recieved and is not delivered until after the due dates . It is not acceptable the postal carriers have gone down hill with delivery and attention to detail.

Today I had 10 important pieces of mail including my census form, mail in voting ballot request, my bills etc etc. Hampton mail driver was delivering on Ocean Blvd and Haverhill. He very nicely took all my mail. Very polite young red haired gentleman. I was so very happy to meet him and receive his help!! Thank you. I told him that I won hundred percent support the postal workers 🌟🇺🇸🌟

Shitty response; Requested moving several mail boxes to our house's side of the street. 2 neighbors and a tenant all agree we need this change. Post Master not in. May1. Assistant took name address and phone number, Norbert Pestana 532 Winnicunnet Rd. 03842 603-204-7427. There are mail boxes 3 or 4 doors down on our side of the street either way and crossing this busy street in the summer is dangerous. Also digging out the boxes in the winter on the other side of the street is dangerous, crossing with a slow snowblower as required. First reply; Must be decided by Post Master. " If change requires movement to another route it could be a problem. A week goes by and no response not even a courtesy phone call. Went back 7 days later. Waited in line another 20 minutes while helpful clerks help people select and pack and seal shipping boxes. Got the same assistant that I was told this time is the person that handles these requests. Again not a good feeling. Complaint from him was again reiterated about route shift is difficult, inferring little likely hood of happening. I am an easy going person. This lack of helpfulness is both ignorant and cements the thinking that Postal Service is a misnomer. I note that a delivery truck stops at our location typically 2-3 time a day delivering something. I seldom get early deliveries. It strikes me that that is awfully inefficient. So apparently someone needs to look at the way this route was laid out. I would venture to say, not very well. How about fixing this problem before someone gets killed. I think some management training of supervisor's and manager's is needed at this location I need the name of the Post Master at the Stickney Terrace location and his boss. I want this resolved soon. thank you Norbert
