I do not know when the problem is with this post office, or with the company/utility I am trying to pay/receive from. I do know that sometimes this post office sends my mail to Wheatley Street at that 630 address. I have complained in person at this post office. I am afraid to go back but I need to sometimes.

I called the Ridgeland post office about a newspaper a friend ordered for me. The newspaper publisher told me it was returned ,"undeliverable" . I have live a the same house 35 years and get mail everyday. I tried to call the post office during business hours. The phone rings until it shuts itself off. I have called several times with the same result. How do i get a good no-show job like that at the post office?

Repeatedly, the carrier for my route files false delivery checks stating that he/she delivered packages when they did not. Latest report was a statement that my driveway was inaccessible and that was before the snow fell. And nobody came to my door as was reported by carrier. Unreliable service.

Hey, I read everyone reviews about the Ridgeland, Ms post office. I think it is the USPS overall and no one at the local officer or at higher positions cares about the delivery of Usps mail. I’m home daily and use the Deville Plaza post office. I have had 1) mail and packages delivered when I had a hold placed on my mail, 2) texts that say packages were attempted to be delivered (I don’t live in a gated community) and I was home awaiting the mail and package and it never run, 3) mailed delivered after 9:00 pm at night or no mail for days, but the App show mail to be delivered. I have the daily mail delivery App that shows pieces of mail to be delivered, but mine is delivered 3 to 4 days later, never accurate. I have talked to the Deville manager- who is very rude and nothing happen. I have talked to supervisors downtown and no one thinks the Usps mail and delivery are important. What happen to the days when the delivery of USPS mail was important?

I’ve always been pleased with the Ridgeland post office, the employees and service. My comment today is in regards to the delivery of mail following a hold mail request. For the third in as many times, I have not received my mail on the date I’ve indicated on the form. The mail delivery has resumed 3-6 days following the date requested. Today is the third day without mail delivery even tho my hold date ended on 12/5. My mail carrier is normally quite reliable but not in the hold mail department. I’d recommend instituting a new process to ensure customers receive their held mail in a timely manner. I’d like to add this is all connected to the online hold mail request. I’ve never had issues when I submit a yellow hold mail card at the post office.

I quit going to this post office a year ago because of the rude white older male that works there. Went there today hoping I wouldn’t have to be waited on by him. Unfortunately When my turn came up ...he had to wait on me. I was inquiring about a package I had reversed delivery on. I just simply needed to be explained the process. He was a smart ass and rude as always and I told him he was a smart ass and I refused to be treated that way by him anymore.and switched windows. Numerous people have also mentioned how miserable and rude he is. The postmaster explained the process to me instead. Once my package arrives and I pick it up....I will not be back. The problem is no one apparently reports his bad behavior even though he is well known because of his crappy attitude and rudeness. He has been there a long time and nothing will change except I will no longer use that post office. Maybe one day he can be happy because what’s in your heart comes out in your words and actions so I imagine he is miserable. Just pray for the poor fella. I know he needs his job.

I am increasingly more frustrated with this PO. I am trying to contact the Postmaster to file a complaint and would prefer to call versus personal visit during COVID19. We are sure our stimulus check was stolen as it was scheduled to arrive in May. I keep finding my mailbox open after I am sure that I have closed it. We want this resolved.

Have made several calls concerning mail delivery problems. Now I have a package that was delivered to the Pear Orchard post office in February and I still have not received it.

The mail carrier is marking packages scheduled for pickup as 'picked up' when they're still sitting on the porch. Several calls to this location resulted in no answer, fast busy, and disconnection. Very disappointed.

The Ridgeland, MS Post Office is rather inconsistent in: - Handling "mail on hold," i.e. how it is managed at the end of the hold period - Delivering mail to the wrong addresses - Delivery time varies between late morning and dusk - Today my mail was delivered to a neighbor and his mail was delivered to me.

Our Mail on Pecan Park does not get here till late afternoon. It's 4:00pm and we still do not have our mail. On Saturday we get it before noon. What is going on? Maybe we need the carrier on Saturday too deliver during the week also.

Please allow me to commend my postman. I regret that I do not know his name. He delivers our mail in the Oakmont subdivision. He is usually very reserved, businesslike. I like to thank him for having to walk up a package to my door, but I don't think he hears me. Sometimes he wears headphones. Today, he walked up a package to our door. I decided to stand there and wave 'thank you' until he got into his truck. He waved a friendly wave back and proceeded to go down the road. Just then, my silly 21 yr old slid right up to me without me seeing him and I shrieked in surprise. My dear postman slammed on the breaks and tore off his headphones to see what was the matter! I yelled back that's it's OK; I was just startled. I am SO grateful that this man would be SO attune that he would stop everything and care about me. Would you please pass along my appreciation for him to anyone above him? In such a digital and computerized world, it is SO good to know that good men are concerned and alert, even as they go about their regular business day.

I sent my son $ 200 for his birthday and he did not get it in the birthday card it was in.. sent Iola, Texas. and I also sent $ 60 more for his wife on her birthday in a birthday card and it never got there. I think I will send a die pack in a birthday card and see if I will here from the government about that being shipped in the mail. you think they will talk to me then, be cause they don't want to talk know.

USPS in Ridgeland has misplaced mail. They delivered my package to the wrong place. And no one is trying to do anything about it. And no one answers the phone when you try to get in contact with them. And when you go to the place in person. They do the bare minimum to see who misplaced the package. I am furious at this point Because I have lost money.

No one answers the phone and I have been trying to make an appointment for a passport for over a week. Ridiculous!

This post office is absurd. Apparently they've recently decided they will NO LONGER be delivering packages.............unless you're home to receive them. I'm sorry, but some of us have three jobs and work 64 hour weeks. Thus the entire reason for needing something shipped to our homes. So while we're not home because we're doing OUR jobs, the postal service can't do their ONE job and deliver what I've paid for to my house. Are you kidding me....? You literally have one job. One.
