USPS workers are opening my Amazon packages before delivering them to my address. That's a federal crime and they should be punished too.

I had a package scheduled for delivery yesterday. I watched the mail carrier stop at my mailbox, turn around in my driveway, go back the way they came only to come back to my mailbox again, then proceed down the road. When I checked the mailbox a few minutes later, it was empty. When I tracked the package, I get "COULD NOT GAIN ACCESS TO DELIVERY ADDRESS". What B.S. is this? I watched the mail person stop at my mailbox twice and turn around in my driveway. There was no problem accessing our address!

I was waiting all week for certified mail/ notice of an attempt to deliver. I was pulling out of my driveway and stopped to pick up some paper in my yard yesterday. Found it. I wouldn't think I'd have to do yard work to get my mail.

My mail carrier periodically decides to not even stop at my mailbox or check to see if mail is inside it. Kids keep jacking flag but she knows someone lives here. What’s the deal.????

I mailed 14 Christmas cards with checks enclosed two weeks ago. Everyone have received theirs except 4. Two in Dyer, Tn., One in Jonesboro, Ar., One in Hernando, MS. Could you tell me if you can put a tracer on them to try to find out what happened. I would appreciate it if you would let me know how to locate them. Thank you very much

I have had 3 episodes of lost mail. The first one was mailed 2-29-20 and was my state taxes. The state never received it. The 2nd and 3rd was on 3-17-20. The first one was mailed from the box outside the Poplar Bluff post office. The second and third items were mailed for the post office mailbox outside the Van Buren post office. The common denominator is the Poplar Bluff Post office and the St louis sorting facility. Not sure which one has the problem but if it doesn't get fixed, they are going to lose more customers. This lost mail will end up costing me several dollars to stop payments on the checks. Maybe it's time to start going electronic for important stuff and leaving the magazines and newspapers to the post office.

I have had a lot of less-than-adequate mail carriers deliver mail to my residence. I have gotten other peoples mail and packages and have had my stuff delivered elsewhere as well.. Not acceptable! Where is the high standards this job is suppose to uphold? This is a decent paying Federal job! WTF!

Yes it is Usps. But federal government doesn’t fund it. It is a tricky thing working for the post office. Yes it is federal but at the same time it is not. The postal service is an entirely separate entity from the government.
