The lady working the counter Saturday November 19th was incredibly rude. Was in no way helpful and disrespected me and the guy in line before me. Disappointed a person like that still has a job here.

My maim has been delivered to other residents over a mile away. How does that happen when it's not even the same streets.

UPDATE: waiting to see if this will be DAY 3 of no pick up. I'm starting to wonder if service is being withheld as retaliation 🤷‍♀️ 1) most people work their asses off. me included 2) many people often do more than the minimum job requirements...me included. 3) not everyone can get to blue boxes or the post office...jobs, family situations, transportation, health issues, etc...me included 4) not everyone can, for reasons personal to them, pay bills online, over the phone, in person, etc... When you're paying for, and relying on, a service, you expect that services will be carried out. Obviously, the Kirksville post office has some good people.....and some who are snarky & reflect exactly why government employees have such a bad reputation. For those who are still having issues, once again the USPS Consumer Affairs number is 816-374-9186. maybe if we band together we can get help in improving the services of our area.

Monica at the Kirksville office is rude. She hung up on me when I was asking questions about my package. She told me to come apply for a job so packages could be delivered. I was just asking why my tracking stated delivery was attempted when it wasn't and she got pissy with me. The box didn't fit in the carriers truck so I asked about the other trucks/vans that deliver just packages and she said that didn't happen and basically called me a liar. When I have had deliveries other than my mailman by other vehicles on days other than Sunday.

calling this 800 number is bullshit. I can't get a real person and a computer can not answer my question. I have defended usps but now wondering in someone else could do job better!!! (love my mail man! government and this service sucks!
