My friends in California didn't receive there letters

Wife is in surgery. I came home rather than wait 2 hours at hospital which is 5 minutes from house. Call from mail order pharmacy that I need to sign for prescription. Blue Springs MO PO won't answer local number. 800 number asks for package #. Typed in 4 times response was out for delivery, no option for live person to reschedule delivery or get closer estimate of time to be here. I have my own Dr. appointment at 1. NO live answer available. YOUR SYSTEM SUCKS FOR THOSE OF US WHO DO NOT DO BUSINESS BY TEXT! I KNOW TAXES DON'T COVER YOUR SERVICE BUT FEES DO. WHOEVER SET UP THIS SYSTEM HAS HIS OR HER HEAD UP HER ASS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS THAT DO NOT TEXT!!! STICK YOUR WHOLE SYSTEM UP THERE!!

Why did my neighbor just deliver my mail to me and we have delivered mail to our neighbors over the past several months. Have had mail for a person who hasn't lived here for 3 years and mail to someone whose address only has 200 in common to our address Sent twice.

Received notice package delivered at 11:11A. M. today; Tracking no, 9361289761009019142941 No package at door or in curbside mail box. Where is it?
