its not the first time of not recieving my mail n i believe it to be my mailman plus i recieved mail that i repeatedly for a people that hasnt lived here for a year n i always leave in box after writing no longer lives here each time

My neighbor kept taking my mail, which was reported to the police. I had to go to the UPS store and pay for a mailbox. I thought staling mail was a federal offence. Just wanted you to know.
