Very friendly service. I was given a phone number for the post office by one of the employees; however, the number was disconnected. I looked up the correct number on your website. I am not angry, it was an honest mistake; however, that is the only reason that I didn't give you five stars. Otherwise, the service was great.

Tried calling office several times to let them know that outside box was over full and mail poking out, nobody answers phone calls!!! Hopefully nobody grabs what’s sticking out or doesn’t fall out . It’s the holidays and should be checked more frequent.

My postal carrier tried to deliver a certified letter on a Friday, I wasnt home. So I filled out the form for him to re deliver. It is now the following Wednesday and I still do not have my certified letter. Being certified it is obviously important I receive it in a timely manner. Until I am proven otherwise I chalk this up as being purely inept, lazy and unprofessional.

Absolutely ridiculous! This is still true. I've called all hours of the day. From 11am, 1pm., 2pm, & 3pm. It goes thru the automated deal, then just rings, rings and rings. It rings so long that the phone disconnects itself!

I am waiting on paperwork that was supposed to be overnighted to me for me to be able to get disability because I am ill the postal worker that is assigned to my block twice has failed to deliver the article to my door but slips me are we missed you slip in my mailbox. I know this to be true because both times the postal worker has come I've been waiting by the door and they never came to my door this is so unfair I tried to contact this post office to complain but I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone now I have to find a way ill and all to find my article so I can get disability because the postal worker failed to do his or her job

I have searched the USPS site completly and cannot find an answer to a simple question. What is the charge for a regular-sized envelope under 2 oz.? I am mailing to Liberty, MO and want to make sure my envelope does not need more than one forever stamp. Is is overweight?

The postal delivery person delivered a package this morning that was to large to fit in our mail box. They carried up the driveway and left it in front of our garage door. They could not walk another 20 feet to the front door and place it on the front porch like all of the other delivery people do??? This is how packages get stolen out in plain view. The package was not very heavy. The postal driver's you have are very lazy. When they should take small packages up to the front door, they cram them into our mailbox with our mail, which makes it very difficult to get everything out. Please talk to all of your drivers to be more aware of this.

“Georgia” at the blue spring office front desk always seems to be put out tending to their customers. Cameras everywhere and she still acts like this? Rude to say the least...

I received a key in my mailbox to pick up a package, but the key had no tag. I had to try all but 1 mailbox to get my package. Could they be tagged please. Thank You Valley View Village

I actually have the best postal delivery person. She gives treats to my dogs. Leaves packages too big for the box by my dog with a treat too. When my fiancé's dog got out she even dragged the dog (a 70 pound lab) over to our townhouse to us. (My fiancé had just had anesthesia and was not feeling well.). We are older and really appreciate her!!!

I received two packages today but was unaware of this fact until I went out to get my mail On my trash bin against my house sat two small packages. I'm guessing that these were delivered today. My postman is usually very good about placing packages too large for mailbox on my porch. I don't know if this was a different mail person or why it was left on my trash bin. The steps to my front porch are clear of any ice. I'm just glad I caught this mistake in time before trash was picked up. We are both senior citizens and my husband is handicapped.

Ugh! That's all I can even say. I moved in March of 2019. From BS to BS. No big deal, right? Wrong. My mail always goes a street over, as well as packages. I literally have to go ask this lady for my mail and any packages that were delivered. I don't get what's so difficult about putting the mail in the correct box. I've been trying to contact the post office all morning long and just get a busy signal. Very frustrating.

This packaged was delivered to us damaged(by the post office) so we took it back up to the post office. They said it was in fact their fault and they would take care of the issue. I sent and email Wed. Oct 11, 2017 and no one has responded to me. I messaged the seller and they said not only have they not been contacted by USPS, but that USPS will not do anything about this items. Now not only does the post office have my poster I am now out the money I paid for it. Why would you do this to someone??? How would you like to have someone take something you paid for, damage and then keep it? I am VERY upset and would like this matter resolved. Tracking #9274890185958820009136

This is the worse post office I have dealt with in my life. None of them have been to good at their job but this one is pathetic. My wife and daughter have the first name different address they both get each others mail. We get a big % of our mail from the neighbors because they PUT IT IN THE WRONG BOX. Had an amazon shipment sent out arrived at the post office they showed putting in our box delivered. We went and discussed it with the supervisor because we never got it, she said first of all with no insurance were screwed. Then said she would call us back after she talked to the carrier. And guess what, they couldn't even get that right she never called us back. We have been in there several times about our mail and basically they argued with us about no change of address, all kinds of crap instead of simply saying what can we do to help you the customer resolve this issue were again basically told tough crap deal with it. The USPS costs keep going up, the service continues to get worse, pathetic place to conduct business and very under achieving employees.

I have been calling for 2 weeks to get an appointment for a new Passport no one ever answers the phone? I came on line looking for a place to make a time and sure enough I can't seem to find a way to do that neither. I was told by several people I could. If you could fix this I would like that help.

Our mail delivery person is not doing a very good job. My neighbors had to bring my mail to me one evening because my package and some other mail items were stuck in someone else's mailbox. Lazy, tired and negligent. Do your jobs!!! I called the post office yesterday and talked to a supervisor which was a waste of time. He didn't care and wanted to get off the phone immediately. What a sham.

I have a package that has been at the Blue Springs Post Office since May 22. Today is May 27th. Where is my package? Also, my husband has not received a notice from the VA Hospital telling him he had an appointment today, May 27th. Do you have any idea how hard it is to get these appointments? What is going so very wrong with this post office?

Wanting to know about the new tracking for packages when we request a pick up from home. We were understanding that we could track the package from the time it is picked up at our home to the delivery end. Our regular mail person always scans the packages and we can see that they were picked up from our porch, the new mail person is not scanning them and several times it has been days before we are able to locate them. What is the practice?
