On July 17, 2023, I had a conversation with a supervisor at the Belton, Missouri post office regarding the incorrect sorting of mail into PO boxes. I sent my rent payment on June 30, 2023, and it arrived at the post office on July 6, 2023. Unfortunately, the clerks had placed the mail into the wrong PO box, causing my rent to become late and fees to be applied. I asked the supervisor for her name during our conversation, but she refused to provide it. She accused me of yelling at her, which I denied. I was simply upset about the situation. Despite my attempts to explain myself, she continued to believe that I was shouting at her. She promised to speak with the clerks and then abruptly hung up the phone while I was still upset and crying.

Went to Belton Post office to pick up a package. They had a hard time finding. They were so busy being the holidays. But they were so nice and took the time to get my package. It is nice to go into a place where customer service is important. I would like to say thank you to everyone that helped me.

On January8th I'd sent out a package for my mother and she still hasn't received it and it has very important papers in the envelope that she really needs or she won't be able to pay her rent if she doesn't get it and the address it needs to go to is Pam Gaines 218A North Oak Belton No 64083

My neighbor in duplex joined to mine will NOT stop opening MY mailbox, taking MY mail out of MY mailbox, takes MY mail inside her duplex, opens MY mail clearly addressed to ME, and keeps MY mail and has only placed back inside MY mailbox. One recent particular piece of mail MY neighbor took out of MY mailbox, opened and held in her possession was a check dated June 1, 2021 issued to ME. I checked MY mailbox EVERY day for this check. The neighbor held in her possession MY mail for approximately six (6) days until the neighbor's family member wrote on the envelope; "I'm so sorry. My grandmother accidentally opened your mail. She was looking for mail from W--- C---. and got confused." I'm extremely stressed about this neighbor who I've witnessed myself the neighbor AND freeloaders who are on probation for credit card theft over $5000 , forgery, etc, etc, opening MY mailbox, pulling MY mail out, sorting through MY mail then finally placing MY mail back into MY mailbox. I've opted OUT if credit card offers but the offers are mailed to me anyway. * I've lived at MY address for 12 years now and the Belton Post Office has delivered MY mail addressed to ME PERFECTLY! I've NEVER received/found my neighbor's mail from the post man addressed to my neighbor inside MY neighbor. NOT ONE (1) TIME. This is one of a few hayeful excuses my neighbor (who has lived beside me four (4) years tells me. I don't know HOW to STOP this horrible neighbor from ALL this and I live in fear of my neighbor and or her credit card theft felony convicted freeloaders will take a credit card offer addressed to ME and commit MORE felony convictions. VERY STRESSFUL!!

This is amazing that mail should run on Saturdays yet, I received none, even though I saw what was to be delivered. I received that and someone else's mail on Monday. I was also to have delivered a package that I did not receive. The tracking number on this package said it was delivered yesterday. This is the most disorganized post office I've ever dealt with!!!! Hire real post people, not someone who doesn't even show up or deliver!!

so lazy and disgusting. Our mailman is on my RING just dropping a package in plain sight on the our step and then WALKING PAST it to put mail in our box. Does he have friends who come by later & steak the package?

Worst post office I have ever dealt with, they are rude arrogant and think they are entitled. The Post Master is no better than the last one still not getting my mail, they hangup when you call if they ever answer. Why has no one done anything about this post office this has been going on for a least five years.

My mail for Aug 29, and Aug 31st was delivered to 16403 Hight St rather than my address 16403 Speaker Ave and I thank the person on Hight St for bring me my retirement check and two bills. Can my post office here in Belton get this message. Thanks Janice Witt.

Would it be to much for our mail person to actually close our mail box? My mail is soaking wet today and half the time I get home from work my mail box is wide open just inviting mail thieves!

I had a package that was not delivered on time. I do appreciate the help I received from the Belton post master in getting it tracked down and delivered within the day.

Our outgoing mail was not picked and we received no mail on Monday 11/26/18. Our drive was clear so that shouldn't have been an issue. Our employees were all here at 127 W Markey Rd, Belton MO. We depend on mail coming in and going out for our business. Please explain the reason no one came here.

The Belton usps is the absolute worst. I can never get any package delivered to my apartment, there is no reason for them to fail in delivering my items. They also constantly put other tenants mail in my box and vise versa. I have recently had issues getting my Amazon orders so they are deprioritizing them as a preferred carrier and also submitting an investigation in the office. I urge everyone to look elsewhere for their shipping needs, you packages/mail will get lost/damaged or perhaps they will just refuse to deliver it all together.

had a problem getting package, talked to several people in the last few days, then they had me talk to the supervisor of the Belton post office, I believe his name was Dave. He was rude and unprofessional. He definitely needs some customer service training. Found out from another supervisor that there had been a new mail carrier trainee and that person had delivered my package to wrong street. That I understand! And was not upset about that, but the rudeness of the one supervisor was a ding to the post office.

I have never been more appalled at the level of conduct that goes on with our mail service in Raymore. I have had Culver's coupons ripped out of our coupon magazine. Mail I sent out isn't arriving at the destination or being returned to me. I get neighbors mail in my box. A package was never delivered to me although their records indicate it was delivered to my address. This mailing service needs to be fixed. I have made several complaints since moving to here and still nothing has been solved.

My wife and I are getting more and more frustrated at our mail service. Our mail is delivered to various neighbors or not at all. We have received "shut off" and "Late Payment" notices for bills we did not receive. We have been told that "sometimes the carrier just doesn't want to deliver, so they just take it back to the building." I live on N. Cleveland Ave, in Belton. Please fix this problem.

Find another location if possible. Expect anything sent from this office to get lost.
