Guy in the red Jeep just cuts our tree branches with out asking or discussing with us what needs to be done. He has a bad attitude when asked to talk to us if our branches are in the way. Said branches are 20 feet from mail box but he doesn't like it that he drives under them and they scratch his roof.

I get tracking info that package is out for delivery, check for it after mail is delivered and not package. Go back to tracking number and it states that package is being held at post office due to customers request. No one talked to me or my wife. This is not the first time

The mail carrier for Liberty Landing in Ashland MO who drives a Red Jeep, doesn’t seem to care much for his job. He has left packages in parcel lockers- unlocked, and we just happened to look in there to see and found our package. Has marked our package delivered at front door, and our camera caught him just driving by. Packages missing, or not being able to find them easily. Delivered to wrong home. We get notifications on what’s coming for the day, and we sometimes done get it. Or we get other people’s mail.

This postal delivery man for Setter's Knoll in Ashland MO is horrible. He doesn't deliver the mail every day and about half of the time he leaves mailbox doors wide open. He doesn't even try to close it. He needs to be replaced with someone who takes pride in their job.
