First delivery, they did sharp turns on my newly sealed driveway so I have tire marks on there from the 5 turns it took for them to turn around. I blocked my driveway so they couldn't drive up there again and the driver decided it was ok to drive all over my yard! Tire marks all over there too!

This is the WORST mail service EVER. We continue to have our mail delivered to our neighbors mail boxes (WHY?). Our neighbors in our cul-de-sac always bring us our mail BUT, and this is a big BUT, one neighbor that isn't liked very well - has been getting our mail and keeping it!!! we are SO tired of the poor delivery service here, STOP sending us drivers that don't know what their doing! HELP!!!!!!!

I'm really disappointed with the continued issues with the person on my route. In the last 3 years I've had 5 instances where I had packages that got taken back to the post office with no note about it (which is the standard requirement) stating there 1. is a package and 2. how to get said package. At one point my family had 11 packages there and were only notified about the last one. 3 of them were live plants that died at the post office, because we were never notified they were in. That said, it's happened again. UPS noted on their site that there was a delay by the post office in delivering my package, and instructions would be in my mailbox to retrieve the package - it wasn't. Our mail box has been left wide open so many times I can't count. The lack of professionalism and simply completing what is in the job discription of a mail carrier is upsetting. I would certainly be fired from my job if I did things in that manner, especially something that is so evident to customers! Something NEEDS to change.

To be fair, there is a woman (name?) working at this Post Office who has been helpful. No one else there has ever bothered to help me with the numerous problems I've had with them. What is most maddening is that our carrier crams packages into our mailbox causing merchandise to break (I finally complained to them by E-mail with attached photos of the smashed box and broken merchandise and never got a response, let alone some kind of compensation). I've even had to take a knife out there to carve the merchandise boxes open in order to get them out! All the carrier would have to do is drive up our driveway (not a long one!), get off his/her butt, get out of the truck and bring it to the step by our door where I have a tote to put packages in and a note on the door requesting this. I've complained numerous times but it continues. I think they're just plain lazy! I'll be filing a complaint with the St. Paul Post Office if/when it happens again.

At North Branch 55056, Tracey and Victoria are thanked for excellent, courteous, and competent service, especially during the past year, during the difficult time when my wife's health was failing. They both are a credit to the service.

For the third time in less than a month I have not rec'd mail/packages, yet my tracking numbers for packages say they are "Delivered". Who knows what mail I am missing, I sure get stacks of other peoples mail. This happens at leat once or twice a week. I have brought the mail into the office and complained. It does no good. My house and mailbox are CLEARLY marked, yet I have this problem. I just submitted my third "Missing Package" claim. The first one was delivered to my neighbors back door, luckily they are honest.

Ahhhhh!!!!!!! ???????? I have the worst mail person on the planet! I was expecting my supplements and the girls bday gifts today so once the dogs barked that she was down the road I flew out the door, putting them inside and started trudging down my driveway knowing full well that the 2" of snow we got today would stop her from driving up the driveway! She HAD TO SEE ME!!! And just stuffed the mail and my supplements into the mailbox but drove off without waiting another 30 seconds for me to get to her! I figured ok, so the package MUST be coming UPS then...NO! I just tracked the package and it says USPS ATTEMPTED DELIVERY!!! OH MY EFFING GOD!!!!!! ??????????

I called the post office last Monday to locate my work check that was one week late I had moved from north branch to sandstone but still had my check addressed to my parents in north branch I had called to locate it and the lady on the phone treated me like a complete idiot and was absolutely rude and even yelled at me! Telling me I can't pick and choose where my mail goes and it had never even been through there and would only go to sandstone well low and behold it went to my parents north branch address on Friday. Never have I had such rude customer service.
