11/24/2021 What a wonderful experience talking with Kerry at the Kettle River, MN Post Office this morning. Such an informed, helpful & gracious person who helped correct a mail forwarding mistake that I made. So reassuring to talk to such a knowledgeable & helpful gentleman. Thank you

Why is the building locked so I can’t check my PO Box anymore? It has been locked, after hours for 5 days now and I would like to get our mail and packages. We live 2 blocks from the post office and have no mailbox. There was no notice warning us that this would happen as they have done before. “Security reasons” is what the sign says.

The new post master here is the worst!!!!!!!! First they took out the recycling bins? Now you cannot use the garbage cans? They are all taped up? She is LAZY and RUDE! Will not be using this Post Office any longer will drive the extra 6 miles to Sturgeon Lake. We NO LONGER HAVE THE SMALL TOWN Post Office we had when Roger was here. I cannot believe she works for our government?
