Postal Locations

Since you have started working with ups you performance is terrible. You have carriers that scan the packages as being delivered and is blatantly a lie. I have gotten deliveries that are tracked and are sitting with you for over a week before someone delivers them.

I do not get mail service every day I have trouble receiving my packages as the key to open the parcel locker at the mailboxes in my complex is often put in the wrong locker I’ve now come across several packages recently missing and they have been scanned in as delivered. Not happy

We get our mail delivered a day or two later than other folks in our area. Why? And then it gets to our mailbox after 5:00 pm most days . Why?? I look for ponies to deliver our mail; probably more reliable.

Our business mail has been sitting in the out box since last week. The whole building is angry about this...any explanations? Our customers expected their checks by now, but guess what?!?! They're still here!! The Lake Elmo post office has very helpful staff in the building, but their mail carriers...well that's a whole other ball game. We have had issues for several months with our mail not getting delivered for a month when it should have taken a week max. HEY LAKE ELMO, MN POST OFFICE!! YOU HAVE MANY BUSINESSES IN YOUR AREA WHO NEED THEIR MAIL PICKED UP AND DELIVERED!!!!

Please advise as to why our mail delivery man is just now putting our mail into our boxes. It is 5:30 PM! He usually comes around 2:30-3:00. I would like to know why he is so late? Thank you.
