A package was supposed to be delivered today (6/7/20) from Amazon. I tracked it and the post office commented, "Delivery Attempted-Front Door/Driveway was not accessible." That is a bunch of BULLSHIT!! This is a place of business! A motel full if guests with 2 entrances!! The Post Office didn't even drive here. Government employees lying because they are too lazy to do their flippin jobs that they are over paid to do! I really could have used my order today to help with my business! I will be contacting someone to investigate why our local government office feels they need to lie like they are politicians running for office! And yes, I am pissed off!!

I am disgusted with how rudely I was treated in the Fairmont Post Office today. I was running behind and brought a package without taping it shut. I don't know her name, but she's been an employee for quite some time. Anyway she informed me that she is not supposed to tape packages for customers and that next time I'll have to buy a roll of tape. I apologized several times and thanked her. (It was maybe 6-8 in of tape.) I understand it is a business after all, but the tone and manner in which she spoke to me was rude and insulting. Based upon previous encounters and observations, she doesn't appear to enjoy her job. Perhaps she needs to be reassigned to a different position. One who works with the public needs strong customer service skills, which she clearly doesn't have.

I know exactly who you're talking about and I've had a very similar experience with the tape incident. I don't know her name either, but she needs to find a new job. She's incredibly rude and condescending to customers.
