Over 8 years ago we had a larger dog that was intimidating and therefore we receive notifications to get our packages at the post office because back then I would be home and he would be outside occasionally Very understandable, I don’t blame him. 6 years ago my daughter took the dog to her house in a different county. For 6 YEARS my husband and I have pleaded with the post office to deliver our packages now that the dog is gone. We have 2 senior miniature dogs and an Aussie that STAYS in the house because we are at work everyday the mail carrier comes. He continues to refuse to deliver our packages. They are NEVER outside during the day AS WE ARE AT WORK. Our work schedules make it difficult to pick up the packages during the hours the Post Office is open so we occasionally receive notices they will be sent back. When I talk to other employees they claim that he “will never change”.

At least ONCE a WEEK we get mail from other addresses in our mailbox!!! We then have to go deliver the mail to our neighbors EVERY WEEK!!!! This has got to stop!!! This makes me wonder where all my mail could be going! Will be visiting the post office on Monday to show all the wrong mail we got today!!!

We have sent 3 packages to an address in New Market, MN,, in the last two weeks. Two have been delivered to an address across the street. One is yet to come. Could you please have your delivery people check addresses.

We were desperately awaiting a shipment for a big performance. The shipment was going to be delivered on the day of the performance, probably not in time. I called the Post Office and Michelle took the time to find the package for me so it could be picked up the same day. She saved us!!! Thanks for going above and beyond for us!
