where the hell is my mail. dl has some of the worst mail employees I have ever came across just lazy af. iv been waiting for my mail for a week now and my phone tells me it's there and yet nothing. there so lazy they won't even go in back to look for it if I go into the post office. what a joke

I get my mail scanned and emailed to me. Yet I don't get any mail in my box. Some of this mail is important and I have been waiting for. Where is my mail???????

It says they do passports. After I scheduled an appointment online for one and arrived they said they couldn't and me "being able to register was a glitch in the system." It would be nice if this info was updated.
