Love this post office !!!! They are super nice and always add someone to help if the line is getting too long. I will drive and pass two other post offices just for their fantastic customer service :]

Wishing Todd the mail carrier a speedy recovery with his hip replacement! He left a thoughtful, proactive letter to all his customers regarding potential service delays as well as a number to call if there are problems. I certainly wasn't expecting that kind of heads up. Thank you and hope to see you again soon!

This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I'm from out of town and had gifts shipped here for my family. The post deliverer, Matt Collins, didn't even bother knocking and left a pink slip saying that he had "missed us" so that I would have to go pick it up at the post office myself. To my dismay when I arrived they had just closed 20 minutes before but employees were still there. I understand closing earlier on Christmas eve....but not at noon when so many people are expecting gifts. That is ridiculous. The woman behind the counter was beyond passive aggressive and was unhelpful at all. She was judgey as hell and just said," you can get it Friday". I mean c'mon lady, it's the holidays, have a heart and if you guys are still there and haven't locked doors yet you can still do something or at least be more sympathetic. Thanks for ruining my Christmas assholes. I hope you feel great going to bed tonight knowing you could've lent out a helping hand but instead decided to just be a part of the system. Terrible terrible customer service.

The drivers for this post office drive way above posted speed limits on neighborhood roads despite many contacts and complaints placed with the City of Chaska United States Post Office. Complaints by the neighborhood have been made in person and via phone directly to this local office as well as to the main United States Post Office Customer Service line. Nothing has changed. We have motioned to drivers to slow down, only to have the driver whip back around the neighborhood as fast as possible to try and justify the carless driving through yelling. It is truly insane. If it does not stop - we will record and post the behavior online.

wow get a life... maybe you dont know how to drive but most delivery drivers (not just mailmen) know what they are doing... maybe you should pick on people who cant even drive the speed limit without causing accidents.

You get your mail, right? Quit complaining before someone wipes their ass with it and puts it in your box.
No one has died so quit pretending that your friendly local postman is driving a murder weapon.
Insane? Please quantify.... 30 in a 25? Hardly egregious. You're probably one of those stupid drivers who blocks the passing lane and traffic going 10 under. Get a life!

These 3 replies were either written by 3 of the unhappiest people on earth or they work for this post office. My complaints lie more with the drivers being lazy and instead of making a simple adjustment or judgement call to drive the package another 40 feet if the box is full, will send off to Chanhassen pickup center costing the Govt a lot more money through phone calls, storage, other communications, etc.
