My new mail delivery guy told me to have my packages delivered someplace else because I get to many. Over the course of the last month we has stopped delivering them. He puts an "unable to deliver" notice stuck onto my other mail in the mailbox, that says I have to pick up packages at the post office. He is the laziest person, seriously his job is to deliver mail and he is refusing to do that! And no one EVER answers the phone at the location.

Trying to get my mail delivered to a new home in a new neighborhood and the mail lady doesn’t want to drive down my street to deliver to 4 new addresses yet she drove by and made a uturn and waved at me. I flagged her down to stop and asked about my mail. She said her boss was coming out because she doesn’t want to drive down to the 4 new houses, she wants 1 location for the additional new houses. She also said that she didn’t see a mail box. SHE DROVE RIGHT BY IT I also pointed it out to her right in front of her face, it’s been there for a week and a half. Hmmmm, so that’s what we do in new neighborhoods that are expanding and even though she drives by and waves at me, she can’t stop snd deliver my mail? I hope she isn’t waiting for any of her bills to arrive to pay on time.

Our regular mail women is just great, she could not be better. But the substitute postman is not so good. He didn't pick up Christmas cards in our mail box to go out nor did he pick up a 5x7 package that was already to go. Because of him not doing this. I had to drive to the post office at 70 yrs. old and not healthy, look for a parking spot (they have no parking at the PO itself) and walk too far. This post office needs to be rebuilt before anything else in Cambridge. It needs parking like most big city main post offices have, Even North Branch has parking only for folks using the PO. Also the men that I have experienced working there are very rude. No hello, no nothing and one got very angry when I told him I could not hear him 2 times because I read lips, when finally I could hear him he would not repeat how to mail something I needed to mail. He said he already told me 2 times. He should be fired! Only women should work in people orientated jobs. These PO men are terrible! When hiring for pubic service you need to hire friendly, folks that smile and say good morning or hello I hate going to the PO it is not fun. I go elsewhere when I can.

I called the Cambridge post office and talked to Lynn aka Supervisor to ask a question. She was less than helpful and over the top rude and annoyed when trying to locate a missing package. I hope her holiday season gets better! Thanks to the post office grinch for nothing

Postman never knocks on door just leave slip. And then expects us to pick it up. It's a delivery for a reason.
