Filling out this review says not to post personal information. What do you call the "Display Name" and the "Email"? I had a package that was damaged. Having to file a claim electronically is not user friendly in any way. It is not helpful to anyone who does not have a computer or access to one. Besides being confusing and unclear the shipper had asked that I file a claim with the post office and then they would work directly with the postal service and replace my order. The claim form given on screen does not allow for this process to happen. The local post mistress has been very gracious in trying to help me, and I truly appreciate her patience and encouragement. Personal service is always better than trying to work through a screen or computer generated "person".
