My mailbox does shut but our mail person tends to let the door drop open and today I found part of my mail hanging out on the door and the rest could be somewhere in the neighborhood because it is a windy day. And my door does completely shut without any problem.

I don't know why they list a phone number if no one answers the phone. This particular post office is by far the worst as far as customer service and professionalism. I've lived in 4 other states and this is by far the worst. The carrier doesn't understand the mailbox flag system, she has never taken my outgoing mail. At least twice a month my amazon packages state "delivered in mailbox" , but nope.... They're not. I hope the carrier likes my stuff, I hope she uses it as incentive to do her job better.

THEY WILL NOT BRING PACKAGES. They leave a note and then we have to go down there for every single one. It is terrible and shouldn't be allowed. I don't have time during their business hours to run down there and stand in line. I order thngs because of my schedule and not the post office is even making that more challenging.

Carrier went right past my mailbox this morning 10:58am without picking up my out going mail! I have this on video. Considering these were bills being sent out I took them to the post office. I don't care if I have no mail to be delivered at least check my darn flag! Especially when one receives mail and only has a few days to get payment in on time. Seriously I don't understand what is happening to the postal system.

This is the worst post office in southern Indiana. The post master, Jim Greenwood, instructs his carriers not to exit the vehicle to make deliveries regardless of the circumstance. He also has instructed his carriers to scan packages as delivered that have not been. To cover up his poor service from his bosses and customers like Amazon. Both of these are against post office regulations. Our neighborhood has not had mail service in a week due to snow, but our hood pays for a private snow clearing service. I was told at the local office 70% of Newburgh is not being serviced right now. Horrible leadership and customer service!!

I spoke to him ...Rude! I urge people to call the 800 # and file a complaint with them. I am hearing stories the same as you.

I also have not received any mail since Thursday 1/11/2018. While Monday was a holiday.. it is odd I have had no mail since then. I even called the toll free # and they couldn't give me any info. What haven't I heard anything on the news or why wan't it posted anywhere?

I would like to know why there has been no mail delivery since Thursday 1/11 in Castle Hills Subdivision.

Today, December 29th, my package from Dillards was delivered - however, it was THROWN onto the grass. This probably was not my regular carrier, but it is unacceptable behavior.
