We have a problem with a substitute mail carrier who refuses to deliver our mail because we refuse to allow him to drive through our driveway due to traffic congestion. If we leave the driveway open people will drive through our drive as a shortcut all day long. We have registered this complaint before and received no satisfaction. Today he drove right by us in our alley and he could have handed our mail to us and did not. Terrible service. Why is it none of the other carriers have this problem? I know you won't do anything about it but I am registering my complaint anyway.

For months now, the Greenfield Postmaster has refused to deliver mail to an entire block. The entire block has been tried convicted and sentence executed in absentia for a crime that only one person is guilty of. One person let their dog out and it attacked a mail delivery person. The postmaster knows the offender and animal control impounded the dog(s) (it/they was/were later "stolen" from the pound). Now the entire block is being punished for something we did not do. This person is obviously not qualified to hold the position and cannot be a Christian. He/she cares nothing for the people he/she is supposed to be serving.

Received a package today and my material was missing and my mail was cut and opened up. The gift (material) was not on the ground or in my mail box. My mail was cut open and the gift (material) was taken out. Disappointed in this “so-called” mail system.

someone lied to us either the tracking number lied about the packages location or the postmaster lied to me TWICE
