A package was mailed from your post office, in a bubble mailer, what arrived at my house was the mailing label, cut off the mailer, in a bag with a note that it was received in Springfield Mass without contents. How do I locate my property and get it? why did I receive a label with no package. What happened that the contents did not make it to Mass, I live in CT. How do i get reimbursed for the cost of my lost item??

Crawfordsville Post Office continues to disappoint. No one answers the phone. Mail is not delivered even though I get notifications online from USPS site I have mail coming that day. Right now missing live plants that show “delivered” yesterday but they are not here and of course again no answer at post office during business hours. Think they will replace my likely dead blueberry bushes?

Crawfordsville post office is the most incompetent bunch in town. No mail, mail delivery at 8 p.m., incorrect mail delivered, lost packages, you name it these fools do it. And they wonder why they are going broke, gee maybe it might be because they are incapable of doing the job! Just another batch of lazy, over paid government workers whose incompetence is on full display 24/7.

It looks like nothing is going to get resolved in Montgomery County. I see no replies to any of these comments from the Postal Service to acknowledge their mistakes. I was just getting ready to put in a complaint for Darlington IN. It looks like it would do me absolute no good. Two weeks ago I gave the post office master my forum that is an annual check for your address to see if you still live there. I received another form in my post office box with a note written on it that reads, your box has been closed all mail will be held for 1 month unless this is completed and returned. It is lovely to get threatened by the post office for something that you already did and was their mistake in the beginning. I hate Marxism.

We live at 1265 E 400 N. It is a shame we do not keep our mail at a reasonable time each day. I'm not talking about bad weather and I understand the holidays. But here it is 5:00 and no mail. I've seen the lights of the mail car as late as 8 or 8;30. What can be done to correct this problem?

Ha, good luck with that request! We have the same issue, we now call it ‘Midnight Mail’, that of course is assuming you get it at all. The Supervisor in the office needs to be fired. She just hangs up if you ask her a question she does not want to answer!...assuming they even answer the phone. Their incompetence is on full display!
