Postal Locations

I received a text stating the post office is having difficulty belivering a package. Who can I speak to in order to firm,.

I am an independent contractor and my employer sends out payroll every Monday and for the last 6 months I have received my check by the following Friday unless there is a holiday and in that case I receive it by the following Saturday. For the last 3 weeks I have not received my check and important mail until the following Tuesday/Wednesday. This is a huge problem considering I have bills directly coming out of my account on certain dates. Beech Grove postal service has not been sorting through mail in a timely manner and this has made a huge inconvenience for me. I let it go the first 2 weeks; however, this has become and ongoing ordeal. I even went to the actual website to leave a more detailed complaint and their system conveniently has a error in their oage before I can submit. I will be contacting higher up if this does not get resolved. I live in the inner city suburbs so this really should not be an issue.

I called today becase the mail carrier who delivers to willow glen apartments is not giving me my mail if it looks interesting they keep it and dammnit i want what i pay for...
