I have done a mail update to get my mail at my new address 11707 Arkansas hwy 147 south Hughes,Arkansas 72348. So why are y'all throwing my mail on the ground and not getting mail at my new address? The lady at this post office is rude as all get out. They don t need to be delivering my mail there especially when I. Turned my mail transfer into them at the post office. I'm pissed that my mail was in the ditch at my old residence. It's rude and how can you pay someone like you to do people's private federal mail this way. I want my mail at my new address or I will be going to the proctor post office and complaining personally. Thank you
